We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Standard shipping is USPS.
 USPS Mail delivers in 1-3 business days, but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may be longer.

Shipment processing time

Order usually ship within 24-48 hours.

Please call for international shipping details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.

Cut yardage, gift cards, and sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and you must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We advise you to contact us prior to shipping your item(s) back and you may consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All refunds will be given via in-store credit.


Student Expectations

Students are expected to show up on time for class and be prepared to learn.  Please be respectful of others and their desire to learn.  Class supplies should be purchased prior to class.

Class & Club Fees/Registration
Register early, as class/club space is limited. Payment must be received prior to class to guarantee a spot. Please remember that if payment is not made, you are NOT registered.

You may call with your credit card info or come into the store. Once you pay for your class, you will receive a supply list. If you have required supplies at home, by all means, bring them. If not, we would appreciate it if you would purchase the supplies from us. We’ll offer you a 15% discount on the fabric, tools, and other class supplies purchased from Country Quilts & Fabric.  If there is no registration fee, then there isn’t a 15% discount.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel 7 days in advance, your class fee can be transferred to another class or be used as store credit. If you cancel in less than 7 days, you forfeit your fee.

About Block of the Month

When you register for our clubs or block-of-the-month quilt programs, you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.


Each program has a non-refundable Registration Fee. In addition to covering the initial material cost, the registration fee also tells us that you are invested in the program. It also allows us to offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc.

If you are signing up for a Block of the Month and already have the book/pattern, let us know in the comments section of your order form. When possible, we can exclude the pattern and set up store credit for you. All pre-cut applique (or laser-cut) programs are excluded from this as we are required to include the pattern due to copyright laws.

Monthly Fee

Beginning the first month and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the details (and taxes when applicable). Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling will be added to all orders. Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit/debit card used to pay for the Registration Fee.


We bill all Block of the Month Programs each month, each program is scheduled at a designated time during the month. Once a program begins, it will be billed on or around the same time each month. 

If for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card, an email will be sent to you and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date. 

Payment & Reservation Policy:

Upon the billing cycle for your initial month's block, should the payment be declined, we retain the right to allocate your spot to an individual on the waitlist. This action ensures the fair and efficient utilization of available spaces within the program. To prevent any disruption to your subscription and maintain your reserved spot, it is imperative to ensure timely and successful payment processing. We encourage users to keep their payment information up-to-date to avoid any potential inconvenience.


We understand that things happen. If something happens that causes a need for cancellation, please let us know right away! Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Often we provide complete products (pattern, background, etc.) on our BOM programs during the first month. We provide this for your convenience and to protect against possible dye lot changes in the fabrics. In these cases, if the customer cancels before the 6th month, Country Quilts & Fabric will charge a fee for the total amount of the items (pattern, background, etc.) to the credit card you have provided.
